Refund policy

Absolute Design holds complete authority in decision for exchange or remake, as all our orders are custom made (as per each customers’ request). We do not offer refunds.

Remake or exchange request emails should be sent to info@absolutedesign.shop within 3 days of receiving the order.


Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer & charged for shipment as well.

All alterations requests shall be entertained.

Items are made on approximate equal values mentioned on Size Chart, or as provided body measurements. If the provided measurements are correct, we shall do first minor alteration for free, the customer must pay the shipment charges.

Alterations on wrong provided measurements would be charged accordingly, & the customer must pay the shipment charges.

We aim for your absolute satisfaction by providing products of highest quality. If there is any fault or damage, please share details through email: info@absolutedesign.shop within 3 days of receiving order. We will look into the request and follow up.
